Fidel Egbe

Coach

Fidel Egbe is an experienced youth soccer coach and sports professional with a strong background in player development, coaching education, and youth leadership. He holds an M.A. in Sports Management and a B.S. in Physical Education and Sports Training, along with a UEFA B coaching qualification and multiple US Soccer and English FA certifications. He believes in creating a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where every player is challenged to grow, develop confidence, and reach their individual potential.

Since joining the club in 2022, he has dedicated himself to developing young players both on and off the field.

He currently serves as the Head Coach of the U11 Girls Pre-Academy and U15 Girls Black teams and is also part of the club’s goalkeeper coaching staff. His coaching philosophy emphasizes the development of the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas of the game, with the long-term goal of producing well-rounded, complete soccer players.
